Internal Communications

Driven by the findings of a PR Week/Peppercom roundtable that included leading internal and external communications experts, we have created an offering that provides two far-reaching value adds: first, we make sure to align the goals and messages of any internal campaign we undertake on a client's behalf with the ones being communicated to the outside world (thereby closing a gap that exists in many corporate communications programs). Second, we provide programs to help internal communications managers to earn and hold a seat at the table.

For the latter, Peppercom has crafted and implemented a host of proprietary management development programs aimed at improving the counseling, presentation and brainstorming skills of internal communicators. We've also led workshops aimed at adding innovation to a client's corporate communication department's job description. As a result, internal communicators no longer take a back seat with responsibility to merely update employees on directions in which the organization is headed. Instead, with our assistance, they now lead creative innovation workshops that involve line management and enable their organization to leapfrog the competition.

In addition to these internal communications programs, Peppercom also provides a full array of traditional employee communications tactics, such as newsletters, town hall meetings, internal blogs and the roll out of employee components of an organization's new positioning or branding campaign.
