Client Report Card

One of Peppercom's distinctive "value adds" is the Client Report Card. Rather than filling out a generic industry evaluation form, Peppercom clients spend 45 minutes or more periodically providing feedback on our performance in four key areas: strategy, creativity, responsiveness and execution. We work with a third party consultant to conduct these report card meetings, which we believe allows a more honest exchange of information between our clients and the team. We know of no other public relations firm in the country possessing this degree of client/agency evaluation. The goal of the report card is simple: to determine whether or not we are meeting or exceeding your expectations in the areas of strategy, creativity, execution and responsiveness. Based on your feedback, we make the changes needed to provide the best communications and client service in the industry.
