In 2005, Peppercom continued its pioneering tradition by sponsoring PR Week's first blogging "webinar", while simultaneously launching the Peppercom blog: www.repmanblog.com. This red letter year also premiered a series of new market initiatives, including PepperOne, engineered to reach target audiences via non-traditional ways that deliver maximum impact, and our Executive Leadership Forum, created to transform client communicators into "innovation catalysts" who fill strategic business roles that better help their organizations compete.

Pivotal to key industry trade association thought leadership committees is the presence of one or both of Peppercom's cofounders, Steve Cody and Ed Moed. Ed is a committee member of the LaGrant Foundation, devoted to increasing the presence of minorities working in the PR industry. Steve involves himself in a variety of industry programs: he is a committee member of the Arthur Page Society, a member of the Council of Public Relations Firms committee, and the incoming chairman of the PRSA Counselors Academy.
