
GE Emea New Life for an Old Story
GE, a Dow-30 leader in technology, needed help to increase public awareness of its technological innovations and its multiple industries, and to tell the GE story in national business and technology outlets. It also wanted to create new synergies among its internal businesses.
Peppercom had to learn GE from the inside out, so the team underwent immersion in GE's multiple businesses to gain a true understanding of their scope. The team also connected with a variety of media to identify technology and business synergies within the company.
Next, Peppercom had to devise a distribution channel to ensure that news went first to GE's internal global divisions and then to the media. Peppercom also utilized GE's extranet to make its technology leadership information available to every GE communicator and business leader around the globe.
