
Courtney Ellul
Courtney Ellul has more than twelve years of experience — agency and in-house — helping business-to-business companies increase visibility and brand awareness through targeted marketing, corporate communications and public relations campaigns. At Peppercom, she is responsible for spearheading the communications efforts for several clients, including Tyco Flow Control, Wilbur Ellis and Cengage Learning.
Prior to joining Peppercom, Courtney served as Director of Public Relations for Affect Strategies, an integrated PR and marketing firm in New York. Courtney was responsible for overseeing and managing Affect’s public relations practice, managing account teams and maintaining and growing client relationships.
As PR Manager for Absolute Software, a Canadian-based software company, Courtney managed the company's public relations efforts and developed strategic relationships with research analysts, key media and other industry influencers. As Global PR Manager for NICE Systems, an Israeli hi-tech firm, Courtney oversaw the global public relations and corporate communications initiatives for the company's security division.
In addition to her formal PR experience, Courtney has worked as a freelance writer for a number of years, developing marketing communications materials for corporations throughout North America, as well as the UK and Australia.
Courtney holds a B.A. in Writing from the University of Victoria in Canada.
